Phyllis Tickle, Founding Editor of Publisher Weekly’s Religion Department Has Passed

Best-selling author and religion expert Phyllis Tickle passed away this week at her home near Memphis, TN. She had been diagnosed with stage four lung cancer in May.

Phyllis Tickle authored nearly 40 books including “The Divine House” series and The Great Emergence.  She served as a consultant and advisor to many publishers as well as being the Founding Editor of Publisher Weekly’s religion department.

A lover of poetry and very active in serving aspiring writers, in lieu of flowers, she has asked that gifts be sent to Paraclete Press to help fund the Phyllis A. Tickle Award in Poetry.  The award is to be given out every other year starting in 2016 to an unpublished poet in order to provide for the publication of the recipient’s first book of poems.

Hi Pat! So are you saying that by ordering a custom Photo Panel from the link above, it can be used as a custom white board? The material can be written on with a dry erase marker and then erased and used again? If not, then how did you make them into “custom white boards”? I’m super interested in doing a project with a custom white board. Thanks!
